This data is processed exclusively for specific purposes arising from your activity as an employee of your employer. We collect, store and process personal data insofar as this is necessary to organize your professional activities, to enable you to be connected as a work team and to offer you didactic and organizational support in the performance of your activity.
Our servers also record the following data:

The collection and processing of this data enables us to secure and stabilize the system, and to carry out error and performance analyses.
WebEvolutions Sàrl does not sell your data to third parties. We do not use third-party services for the use of Sunkhronos functionalities, and we do not share your data abroad, with the exception of the use of Google Cloud as hosting provider.
All our communications via public networks are secured and HTTPS encrypted with Transport Layer Security and Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS). The provision of our services does, however, require the use of cookies as well as local and log files to ensure the smooth operation of our IT solutions.

What rights do you have concerning your personal data?

you may request information on the processing of your personal data at any time (cf. in particular art. 4 ff LPD and art. 15 RGPD);

you have the right to rectification of your personal data (art. 16 RGPD and art 15 al 1 LPD; 32 al 1 et al 4; 41 al 2 let a nLPD);

you may request the erasure of your personal data, where one of the following grounds applies: the personal data is no longer necessary with regard to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing; the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to art. 21 para 1 and there is no compelling legitimate reason for the processing (art. 17 RGPD and art 15 al 1 LPD; 32 al 2 let c nLPD).

you have the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing when one of the following applies: you dispute the accuracy of the personal data, for a period of time allowing the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to their erasure and demands instead the restriction of their use; the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing but they are still necessary to the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; you have objected to the processing under Article 21(1) during the verification as to whether the legitimate grounds pursued by the controller prevail over those of the data subject (Art. 18 RGPD);

you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (art. 20 RGPD and art 28 nLPD and 29 nLPD).

you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting your employer. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent carried out prior to such withdrawal (art. 7, para. 3 RGPD);

you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (art. 77 RGPD and art. 49 LPD).
Please note that the provisions of the RGPD do not apply in all cases and their scope should be examined on a case-by-case basis. The fact that they have been mentioned in this charter does not mean that they are applicable.
To exercise the aforementioned rights, you must contact your employer, who has undertaken to WebEvolutions Sàrl to comply with the DPA and the RGPD insofar as the latter is applicable. WebEvolutions Sàrl merely provides its IT solutions, which include all functionalities enabling your employer to comply with the aforementioned legislation and enforce your rights.
